How We Address Black Equity

Access and Opportunity

We expose Black women and Black Latinas to a powerful methodology (Six Sigma) that can be applied across sectors. In our experience, most certified inviduals do not include women or people of color. We are disrupting this inequity of access and opportunity.

We focus on Black equity by training and certifying participants. Our participants represent business, nonprofit, education, government, and healthcare sectors.

We facilitate an equity-focused Yellow Belt course for anyone who's passionate about equity, regardless of race, gender, or geography. We encourage teams to attend together

Our project teams provide additional capacity to employers who may be struggling with resources, time and strategies for delivering equitable results.
