Welcome to the Six Sigma Racial Equity Institute!

The Six Sigma Racial Equity Institute™ is an innovative leadership program designed to upskill Black Women to be complex problem solvers.

This upskilling initiative is building a talent pipeline of Black Women through accredited Six Sigma Green Belt training. In addition to the training, participants earn their certification by applying their new skills to inequities that impact the Black community and workforce.

 

The Six Sigma Racial Equity Institute™ focuses on building Black leaders and creating exponential impact.
