The Six Sigma Green Belt Business virtual training equips problem-solvers and their organizations to be solution-focused in a rapidly evolving economy. Green Belt Business training strengthens the workforce by equipping it with skills that drive performance, adaptability, and results. After training, participants apply their new skills to work-related projects. Participants leave with a clear, proven approach they can use repeatedly to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable results.

8 Instructional sessions (1 session per week), followed by 4 months of an applied project related to a workplace issue, coaching support, and Green Belt certification.
