The Six Sigma Green Belt Business training equips problem-solvers and their organizations to be solution-focused in a rapidly evolving economy. Green Belt Business training strengthens the workforce with skills that drive performance, adaptability, and results. After training, participants apply their new skills to work-related projects. Participants leave with a clear, proven approach they can use repeatedly to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable results.

The program includes six weeks of engaging, structured training. All training sessions are delivered virtually for flexibility, followed by a comprehension exam. After a 80% passing score, participants begin a four-month capstone experience where participants apply what they’ve learned to a real work-related challenge and each participant selects a project that aligns with their role, goals, or organizational priorities.
