Denola has over 20 years of Human Resources /Employee-Relations/ Training/ Facilitation experience  and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources, certified DISC Behavioral Coach, and a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team. Denola supports the HR and operational needs at the Institute.

Ayodele "AY" Sasore MBB is an analytical and resourceful professional with 15+ years’ experience in planning, establishing, and directing execution of best engineering practices/methodologies. AY has been instrumental in delivering strategic leadership and guidance to top-performing firms for completing multiple projects within strict time and budget constraints while ensuring optimal quality of all deliverables  .

Bridgett Hudson is an experienced leader who has positively motivated and built teams for more than 20 years. Bridgett focuses on exceptional student outcomes with unwavering encouragement. Currently, Bridgett is an outstanding teacher in Lawrence Township, and we are honored to have her as an engaging instructor for our Reset & Rise program.

Green and Yellow Belt Instructor

Christi D. Martin, M.S.Ed, CSSGB, Doctoral Student, is a Learning and Development leader with a background in Adult Education and performance improvement. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and DiSC Practitioner who is passionate about helping learners translate concepts into meaningful results.

She is deeply committed to building collective voice and cultivating community, belonging, and asset-based, equitable systems that strengthen programs and elevate youth, families, communities, and the professionals who serve them.
