Human Resources
Denola has over 20 years of Human Resources /Employee-Relations/ Training/ Facilitation experience and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources, certified DISC Behavioral Coach, and a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team. Denola supports the HR and operational needs at the Institute.

Fund Development
Leslie expertly leads transformative initiatives in fundraising, racial equity, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. With a passion for creating inclusive and innovative solutions, she partners with agencies and organizations to drive positive outcomes, fostering growth and progress in clients' organizations.

Tajuana LaQuicia Ryder,
Chief Operations Office
Quicia Ryder, PhD, LSSBB has 20 years of combined experience in Lean Six Sigma leadership, healthcare operations, organizational development, and community outreach. She leverages her skills in process automation to drive business efficiency for optimal internal team performance and customer service.

Christi D. Martin,
Green and Yellow Belt Instructor
Christi D. Martin, M.S.Ed, CSSGB, Doctoral Student, is a Learning and Development leader with a background in Adult Education and performance improvement. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and DiSC Practitioner who is passionate about helping learners translate concepts into meaningful results.

Green and Yellow Belt Instructor
With 15 years in Out-of-School-Time Programming and nonprofit leadership, Christen Peterson brings expertise in youth development, community engagement, and continuous improvement through Six Sigma practices. She is deeply committed to building collective voice and cultivating community, belonging, and asset-based, equitable systems that strengthen programs and elevate youth, families, communities, and the professionals who serve them.
