The Yellow Belt program focuses on basic Six Sigma tools. It’s perfect for those who are new to Six Sigma and want to build a strong foundation.
In just four half-day sessions (or one day and a half), you’ll gain practical examples and an overview of the Six Sigma DMAIC model: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
This certificate program is available virtually or in person and is open to all U.S. residents, regardless of age, race, gender, or socio-economic status.
We especially recommend this program for those interested in the 2026 Six Sigma Indy Green Belt Certification but who may not have experience working with data.
