Reset & Rise is SixSigmaIndy’s foundational workforce readiness program, equipping opportunity youth with the tools, confidence, and support to make informed choices and pursue meaningful career pathways. Grounded in practical problem‑solving and real‑world application, the program builds the skills employers value most — critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and early career readiness.
Through hands‑on workshops and mentorship, participants learn to navigate challenges, set goals, and take ownership of their futures. Reset & Rise serves youth seeking a fresh start, high school juniors preparing for post‑secondary opportunities, and early‑career young adults developing the foundational workplace skills needed to thrive.
