Common Concerns About Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training
Six Sigma
is too
hard
"Yes! Six Sigma includes a lot of new concepts. Six Sigma may appear hard but we teach it in a way regular people can understand. We have the evidence that our participants can learn and apply their new skills."

We don't have time for this training
“That makes sense. But being busy is usually a sign the process isn’t working well. Yellow Belt teaches your team how to fix the root problem — not just work harder. A few hours of structured thinking can save weeks of frustration.”

Six Sigma
is too
technical
“That’s a common concern. Yellow Belt is not statistics-heavy or complicated. It’s simple, structured problem-solving. We teach it in plain language with real-world examples. If someone can follow a recipe, they can learn this.”
